28y/o new-to-Bristol, looking for a buddy-up!

My name’s Jake. I’m 28 and I work in Banking. I’m into open mics, climbing, pottery and trying new things at the moment - send me some more! Moved back to the South-West permanently for work and am preparing to buy in about 9-12 months but want some experience of living in Bristol first. Am keen to grab a 2-bed house somewhere fairly central as the quality and market look great! Happy to discuss what you’re seeing out there. I’m very chilled but also trying lots of new things.
