Easy, tidy filmmaker after creative room Shoreditc

Hi, I'm Luis, a filmmaker in London for the month, finishing a feature film. I'm looking for a double room in a friendly flatshare around Shoreditch, Hoxton, Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Old Street or Bethnal Green, from roughly mid-august for about a month. I'm flexible on the exact start, and happy to extend if it's a good fit. Budget is around £850 to £1,300 a month, ideally bills included and with a living room to share.

Who I'd love to live with: creative or professional people who make a place feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Music, art, film, cooking, the odd dinner or pub trip. LGBTQ+-friendly and easy-going. I'm completely happy sharing amenities.

What you can expect from me: quiet, clean and low-drama. I work from my laptop during the day and I'm out a fair bit, so I'm an easy, low-traffic flatmate. Non-smoker, tidy, respectful of shared space, and sociable when it's welcome. A creative house is a real bonus. References available.
