I'm a 23-year-old finance professional looking for a single or double room in Zones 1–2, with a budget of **up to £750 per month including bills**.

A little about me: I work full-time in finance and I'm looking to move into a friendly, clean, and respectful house or flat. I'm easy-going, quiet, and enjoy a relaxed home environment. I always keep shared spaces tidy, clean up after myself, and treat wherever I live with care and respect.

I'm reliable, considerate, and easy to get along with. During the week I'm usually busy with work, and outside of that I enjoy going to the gym, exploring London, and catching up with friends.
