Room to rent near City center/west end

Hi, my name is Viviana, i am a phd student looking for a room to rent for 4 months, as i am having a short internship in CRUK institute. I prefer an accomodation near the City center or western end (ideally near a train station). I can take single or double room and i am open to share common spaces as living room, bathroom and kitchen, as i am a very clean and tidy person.
I am open to meet new people and share some time together (as going to pubs, cinema or hiking).
