•lived in Brighton for 6 years, moved away in 2024 and now moving back
•four weeks notice on current place, ideal time to move is between 16-28 September, but flexible for the right place.

ideal room requirements
•3x4meter dimensions
•minimum one large window for my plants
•at least part-funished, including a frame bed as I have under-bed box storage.

•a friendly share, not a professional share where no-one talks to each other
•queer+vegan households to the front
•value honesty, kindness, respect, cleanliness, collaborative communication with any issues
•communal areas to be kept nice, for example with a rota and weekly cleaner
•quiet, comfortable and safe house
•optional house socialising, i. e. shared meals
•within 2 miles of the city centre clock tower
•i don't have companion animals, I don't mind if the house has animals (the cat in the photo is a regular house visitor).
