Hi! I’m a friendly, positive and young-at-heart 60-year-old who is looking for a new place to call home.

I would ideally like a double room with my own bathroom/en-suite and shared kitchen. A shared lounge and outside space would be a bonus.

I’m clean, tidy, considerate and respectful, and I take pride in looking after the place I live. I enjoy a peaceful, relaxed home and appreciate a good balance between having a chat and respecting each other’s privacy.

I work part-time, have a stable income and lead a quiet lifestyle. I’m reliable, trustworthy and easy to get along with. While I enjoy being sociable, I’m definitely not a party animal.

I’m looking for a comfortable room in a friendly household with like-minded people. Age isn’t important to me – I’m happy to share with someone younger or older, as long as they’re respectful, easy-going and enjoy a calm home environment.
