Looking to stay in the Balham area

Hi, I'm Paul I'm 34 and have been living in London for 9 years around Clapham and Balham so looking to stay in the area. Ideally just looking for a 2 bed place and not a big house share as I appreciate my space and a quieter more chilled home now that little bit older and past the younger going out stage (although still like having a "couple" of beers down the pub most weeks). Preferably after a room with an ensuite or use of my own bathroom.

I work full time in the city as a risk manager and do 2 days in the office and 3 at home. Ideally after a larger room so I can fit a desk and still have some space or a big enough lounge that I could work and it not get in the way.

Outside of work:
Genuinely easy going, tidy and considerate, and hopefully a bit of a laugh and wanting someone else similar.
Tend to chill in the evenings watching whatever series on netflix when not busy
I go to the gym a few times a week, run (very occasionally), play tennis at a local club, golf and just like to catch up with mates in the area and make the most of walking around the commons in the area.
Ideally I want to find someone pretty similar so we get along but i've got friends in the area so not expecting to need or want to do things all the time. I've got a car so I can offer a trip to do the weekly shop.

I can move anytime but ideally looking to move out my current place in the next couple of months so July/August/September.
