Hi, I'm Dan, a 24-year-old Irish professional who relocated to London this month to start a full-time role with WPP in Southwark. I'm currently staying in temporary accommodation and am looking for a longer-term place to call home.
I'm looking for a clean, comfortable double room with good transport links to Southwark, ideally available for moving in between 26th September to 1st October.
I'm tidy, respectful and easygoing. Outside of work I enjoy the gym, running, martial arts and exploring different parts of London, so I'm generally out and about during the day. I appreciate a friendly household where everyone is considerate of each other's space.
If the room is available, I'd love to arrange a viewing at a time that suits you. I have all my referencing documents ready and I'm happy to put down a holding deposit immediately if the room is the right fit.
