Seeking houseshare due to relocation

I’m relocating from the West Midlands for work and need a stable base while my house is on the market. I’ll be splitting my time between my primary home and Southampton, so the room will be used part‑time but consistently.

I’m tidy, respectful, and work full‑time. I’m looking for a clean, calm household with reliable parking and a comfortable ensuite room. I’m available to move in from 20 July (currently using hotels) and happy to arrange viewings and meet.
