Looking for a king-size/double room for a couple

We are a quiet, clean, and very responsible couple looking for a comfortable Double or King-size room to move into.
A bit about us:
We are non-smokers, we don't have any pets, and no children.
We really value cleanliness, peace, and mutual respect in a shared house. We keep to ourselves but are always friendly and happy to have a chat.
Our requirements:
Room: Double or King-size bed with enough space.
Parking: This is very important for us as we have 2 cars. We are looking for a place that offers at least one dedicated parking space, free on-street parking, or an affordable permit/ticket parking zone nearby.
