Northern grad moving to London

I’m Fred, 23, moving down to London from the North for a graduate job and looking for a double room in a clean, friendly house share.

Ideally looking around Battersea, Clapham, Stockwell or nearby — basically somewhere with good links into central

Room-wise, I’m after a decent double with enough space to not feel like I’m living inside a cupboard. Doesn’t need to be massive, just comfortable, with enough room to work from home when needed

As a housemate, I’m clean, tidy, respectful and very much believe the kitchen should not look like a crime scene. I’m sociable and keen to make friends as I’m new to London, so I’d love to live with people who are up for a pint, a chat, some darts, football, comedy nights, music, food, or the occasional TikTok doom scroll in the living room.

I also love cooking, so I’m more than happy to make the odd meal for the house in exchange for friendship
