25 year old professional seeking room

Hi, I’m stating a new bakery job in Edinburgh from the end of July and am looking for a room between £550-£710 pm, bills included at the higher end. I graduated from the University of Edinburgh last year, I am polite, respectful, tidy and both willing to be sociable and stay out of your way if that’s the kind of thing you prefer.
