Hi everyone!

My name is Sam, I'm a young professional (24) moving to Manchester on the 19th of September and am looking for a room.

I'm looking to live in a clean, modern home with plenty of natural light and a spacious shared kitchen - I love to cook! An en-suite would be lovely, but is not a deal-breaker.

I will be hybrid working in Salford, so would need a desk to work from home (2/3 days per week), and also need nearby hassle-free parking.

I enjoy socialising and am always up for a pub visit, but am looking for a more adult home - I'm not interested in a dark, dingey student house!

I'm a social and warm tenant and love to connect with my housemates, but am happy to do my own thing otherwise. I've never missed a rent payment and haven't ever had a deposit witheld/deducted.

I can bring some great cooking kit and a well curated (if I say so myself) CD collection and speakers (for easy listening, not blasting).
