Looking for a room to call home from late Aug

Hiya, hope you're having a good week! A little about me: I'm 30, female, and recently finished my Master's at the University of Edinburgh, where I'm still based for work. I'm clean, considerate and easy to live with: the sort of flatmate who always cleans up after herself and keeps the shared spaces tidy.

I'm friendly and happy to be sociable, but just as mindful of everyone's quiet time. I'm after somewhere I can settle into properly for the long term, not just pass through. Happy to provide references and proof of income whenever helpful.
