Hi, I'm Calvin, a full-time working professional employed by Leeds Beckett University. I'm clean, respectful, reliable and easy to get along with. I live a quiet lifestyle and spend most of my time working, studying and developing personal creative projects.

I'm looking for a comfortable place to call home where everyone respects each other's space. I'm a non-smoker, don't have any pets and always keep shared areas clean and tidy.

I have three daughters who may visit occasionally during the day or stay overnight from time to time if suitable, so I'm ideally looking for a welcoming household where occasional family visits are acceptable.
