Female shared place only / buddy up

Hii!

I have a graduate job secured at Heathrow Airport. I will be working there for exactly one year, from the beginning of September to the end of August.

I’m looking for a double room or a buddy up who wants to share a place together for a year.

The maximum my budget can stretch to is £1200. Bills included!

First time moving out! I’m 22 years old, female, from Birmingham, easy to get along with and tidy. Im into anime, gaming and gym.

I'd be happy to live with flatmates who are friendly, respectful and also like keeping shared spaces clean. I don’t need to live right next to public transport as I will be driving to work, but the place does need to be in a safe area.

My must haves for a place to rent is:
- onsite car parking space as I’ll be driving to Heathrow airport
- ensuite/ own bathrooms
- good WiFi
- a kitchen that is equipped (including a washing machine and a dryer).
