Looking for a double room in sunny Glasgow

✨Hellooo there✨ I’m Bradley and I’m a 28yo returning to Glasgow to start a postgraduate program. I’m originally from the United States (Colorado if you’re keen to know), but have previously lived in Glasgow for a few years and I am beyond excited to come back to this city.

I’m looking for a double room—mostly furnished but getting some items wouldn’t be a huge issue☺️—in a flat that would be open to have someone like me. I’m easy-going and love to try new things, so if you want an adventure buddy or just someone to pop on a random run to the shops, I’m happy to join and yap. At home, I’m a pretty tidy person, I like to clean and bake when I’m stressed, and that happens a good bit, but at least you’ll benefit with baked goods 😅 I would appreciate a place where communal spaces are kept tidy, but mostly looking for a place where flatmates treat it like a home. Cheesy, I know, but I do love a wee bit of homey vibes like that.

I’d love to spend time together with flatmates, an occasional movie night or dinner—I love to cook for the flat, previous flatmates can attest (I included a pic of my usual Thanksgiving spreads, which are hosted at a friend’s place in Woodlands, so no hosting expectations)—but equally appreciate my own down time and respect that of others, so I’d love to live with someone like minded.

As for hobbies besides baking and cooking, I love getting outside for walks and hikes, going to the gym, and anything ice hockey. I play and coach and will be doing both back in Glasgow for 3 different teams, so it will be a big part of my time. Happy to live with someone who is interested and wants to learn more about, maybe go to a few Clan games (although I’m a Giants fan), but equally okay if you don’t care at all!

While studying, I’ll be also working part-time remotely for my job back in the States, but this is not very disruptive and I have places around the city and uni I can work from if need be.
