Tidy working couple seeking a double room

Hi, my girlfriend Rebecca and I are looking for a double room to rent in Zone 1/2 ideally to the east around Southwark/Tower Hamlets, located close to a Tube Station. I’m 19, American-British and originally from Kauai, Hawai’i. Rebecca is 20 from London. We’re looking for an affordable double room in London together, ideally moving around the 5th of September.

I’ll be working in Central London and Rebecca currently works in Greenwich, so we’re hoping to find somewhere with good public transport links to both. Our combined budget is up to £1,100 per month. Bills included would be ideal, but we’re open to different options as long as the overall monthly cost is under £1100.

We’re both tidy, respectful, easy-going and generally quiet at home. We’re friendly and happy to chat or socialise with housemates, but we also respect people’s space and always clean up after ourselves in shared areas.

We always respect the house rules. We don’t have any pets and can provide references if needed. We’re looking for a friendly, clean and calm place that we can treat as our home.
