Help! My Oxford commute is a bore

I am looking for a quiet, non-smoking Monday-Friday double room, bright and spacious, with private shower ensuite / bathroom in Fitzrovia/Marylebone - but other areas fine as long as it's a short walk to Kings Cross with <20 mins Tottenham Court Road connections.

I would prefer self-contained but am open to sharing with someone with equal standards of tidyness, respect and consideration, if the property/location was appealing.

About your prospective lodger:
I am a professional male aged 60 working for Google where I lead a team across Europe. My family home is in Oxford, occupied by my wife, two tweens, and two aloof Russian Blue cats.

I'm tidy, considerate, very handy at fixing things (I've DIY renovated two 5 bed houses), I travel extensively and like to cook - to restaurant standard. I don't smoke, and also gave up drinking (thanks to Guiness 0.0.)

I am available to move from 20/07/2026 and have a budget of £1,350pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age.
