Professional relocating to Newcastle

Hi! I'm Ben, 26, and I'm relocating to Newcastle from the Midlands/South East to build my career in hospitality before my girlfriend joins me at the end of August.

I'm looking for a room in a professional house share or a lodger arrangement for around 1–3 months initially, although I'd be happy to stay longer if it's a good fit.

I've worked in hospitality for several years and I'm actively looking for work in Newcastle. I have the funds ready for a deposit and rent, so I can move in as soon as the right room becomes available.

I'm clean, respectful and easy to get along with. I enjoy socialising but I'm equally happy to keep to myself, and I'm considerate of other people's space and routines.

I'm looking for a friendly, relaxed household with other working professionals. My budget is around £600 per month including bills, but I'm flexible for the right place.
