Google-bound, Irish + well-behaved cat seeking

Hey! I'm Jay, Irish, moving over from Dublin in September to start a job at Google in King's Cross. Looking to find a good flat to share with one other sound person, ideally around Clapham or Balham, or anywhere Zone 2 with a handy commute north.

As a housemate: I've worked in live TV broadcast for the last five years so being reliable and organised is second nature at this point. I clean up after myself, pay bills on time without being chased, and I'm easy to live with. Happy to have a chat and a beer in the kitchen, equally happy to leave you in peace.

One big thing to mention upfront. I have a cat and he will be coming with me. Hes quiet, litter trained and honestly better behaved than most people. So you'd need to be genuinely grand with living with a cat when im home he will most likely be glued to be anyway, and we'd need a pet friendly landlord.

Outside of work I'm into football, music, festivals, up for a night out every so often, gym etc

On budget I'd rather pay a bit more for somewhere actually nice than save £50 on a shoebox. Can share my employment offer letter and references, all the usual stuff.
