Double room wanted for clean and tidy professional

Hi, I’m Charlotte. I work full-time in Chinley as a scientist so commute every day and would need parking. I’m looking for a friendly and quiet bit sociable house share or a one-bedroom flat. I would ideally like a double room with en-suite although would share a bathroom if the number of housemates wasn’t too many. £700 a month would be my budget including bills and utilities although would go a little above if the right place became available. About £550-600 a month would be my budget without bills.
I enjoy reading, walking, sewing, dance and music in my spare time.
