27-Year Old Professional | ~800pcm | Early Sept

What I'm Looking For:
- A double room ideally with own bathroom.
- Early September move-in date due to starting a new job
- Looking in the Ancoats, New Islington or Northern Quarter Area or potentially further afield Salford way on due to where my new job is
- A place to store my bike; either in the flat or flat building if it is secure.
- A flatmate or flatmates to be friends with would be a plus as I will be moving across to Manchester by myself.
- I love dogs so they would also be a lovely welcomed bonus
- I have set my budget to around ~£800 excl. bills as this would be my ideal, however I can be flexible if there was the perfect place.

About Me:
I am a 27-year-old professional who will be moving to Manchester for a tech job that will be 5-days a week in the office. I can be your go-to person for tech problems!

I am very chill and easy-going - definitely go with the flow type of person who can be quite spontaneous at times. I love being outdoors and enjoy cycling and hiking. I also follow the F1. I enjoy trying new cafes and restaurants as well as cooking all sorts when home. I love music of all kinds and have every streaming service going inc. sports channels. I prefer to chill at pubs and bars over proper nights out, but you never know where the night will lead.

Living Style:
I am a very respectful person who is mindful of others and would keep shared spaces in a clean and tidy state. I have done shares with both females and males and never had any problems. I would enjoy being friends with my flatmates but like most people also enjoy my own downtime too.
