Short term need could lead to permanent arrangemen

Need a short sub let but could lead to permanent as working on and off in the area. Have a well behaved kitten who travels with me everywhere so wont be left alone and have my bestfriend who wont be living with me but will stay possibly 2 times a week when they are on off days .. I want to note I have a medical prescription for cannabis but this does not mean I will be smoking in the house but want to make you aware as I am legally required to take it for health reasons
