Looking for a room in South London

Hiya, I'm an easy-going Irish professional working in HR near Victoria. I've been living in Streatham Hill and like South London, so I'm looking to stay in the area.

I'm looking for a room in a female household, ideally one or two others. I'm after somewhere with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

As a housemate I'm tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. I work standard office hours so I'm out during the day, but I'm happy to have a chat over a cuppa or catch up on the sofa! I just appreciate a home that's chilled rather than chaotic.

I'm a professional tenant with stable employment and am happy to provide references and pass any credit or referencing checks.

Areas I'm interested in include Streatham Hill, Balham, Clapham and Tooting, ideally with good train or tube links into Victoria.
