Seeking a room at East Ham, Manor Park,or surround

Hello, I am a quiet, clean and responsible postgraduate student currently completing my MSc at the University of York. I am planning to move to London around 30 August or 1 September 2026 and am looking for a comfortable single or double room for single occupancy.

My preferred areas are East Ham, Manor Park, Forest Gate, Upton Park, Plaistow, Barking, Upney, Becontree, Ilford, Seven Kings, or nearby locations with good transport links. My budget is up to around £750 per month, preferably with bills included. An ensuite room would be ideal, but I am also happy to consider a clean room with a shared bathroom.

I am respectful, tidy, non-smoking and considerate of other housemates. I prefer a peaceful, clean and friendly household. I do not have pets and I am looking for a medium- or long-term stay.

I can provide identification, a Right to Rent share code and other reasonable documents if required. I am currently based in York, so a video viewing would be helpful initially, followed by an in-person viewing before making any payment.
