Friendly Tenant Looking for a Room

Hi, my name is Raj. I am looking for a room to rent in Edinburgh and I am available to move as soon as possible.

I am a clean, respectful and easy-going person. I currently work part-time as a bartender at Wetherspoons, usually around 5 days a week, and I have also completed my MSc in Artificial Intelligence from Heriot-Watt University. I am now looking for professional roles in data/business analysis while continuing to work.

I am looking for a clean and comfortable room in a friendly household. I am happy to live with students or working professionals, as long as the house is tidy, respectful and peaceful. I always clean up after myself, respect people’s privacy, and prefer a calm home environment rather than a party house.

My main requirements are:

* Good transport links
* Respectful housemates
* Reasonable rent and bills
* Access to kitchen/laundry facilities

I am responsible with rent and household rules. I would be happy to arrange a viewing and introduce myself properly.
