🏡 Looking for a room (or people to buddy up with)

Hi, I’m Emil, 32, and I’m looking for a room in North / Central London, or potentially a few like-minded people to start a new household with.

A bit about me: I’m building an AI startup in the gaming industry and split my time between London and San Francisco, so I’ll likely be away for chunks of the year. My office is near Farringdon, so I’m mainly looking around Kentish Town, Archway, Holloway, Finsbury Park, Camden, and nearby areas with an easy commute.

Outside of work, I’m into motorsport racing, acting, travelling, and generally keeping busy. I’m sociable and easygoing, but I also value having my own space and a calm home environment.

I’m not looking for just any flatshare, I’d much rather find a home with people who genuinely enjoy living together, whether that’s professionals, founders, creatives, or simply interesting people with their own passions and lives.

A few practical details:

• Budget: up to ~£1,100 pcm (excluding bills)

• Move-in date: from 20 July onwards

• No gender preference

• Cleanliness is important to me, I like shared spaces to be well looked after
