31 looking to move to Manchester

Currently staying with my brother in Leicester whilst I figure out the next move. I have a few friends in Manchester and enjoy the city which is my reason for moving there. Preferably south or central but I am open to other areas for the right property.

I can be a little picky when it comes to choosing a property as I don’t want to live in a rundown place that doesn’t feel like a home. I like a clean place but don’t expect it to be pristine 24/7.

I’m polite, clean, respectful, like to have a laugh, easy going, and enjoy time by myself as much as I enjoy socialising. I have lovely friends in the area both male and female who I like to occasionally hangout with in the day and nights out. Looking for a housemate with a similar vibe to me who I can sometimes hangout with but who will also respect my privacy when I’m not feeling social. I don’t smoke but I do vape. I’d like a maximum of 3 of us in the household as I don’t like it too crowded.

No preference on furnished/unfurnished as I can bring some pieces with me if needed, including a 2 seater sofa bed and bedroom drawers. I will be bringing houseplants with me but if they aren’t your vibe I can keep them in my room.
