Looking for a Room from September

My name is Marta, I’m 26 from Spain and I’m moving to London this September to study my MA in Art & Business at the Courtauld Institute of Art, after a couple years working in the art world. I love cooking, art and socialising so I’m always down for any plan, though I love a night in too! I’m very tidy and clean and respect peoples spaces. ☺️

I'm looking for a room in a friendly, clean, and respectful girls' flat. My budget is around £1,000–£1,200 per month, and move in day beginning or mid September.

📍I'm mainly looking in Maida Vale, St John's Wood, Bayswater, Notting Hill, Paddington, Marylebone, but also open to Angel/Islington, or Pimlico/Victoria or other nearby areas with good transport links, (pretty flexible as you can see 😂).
