Friendly and tidy Italian - double room - late

Hi! I'm Renata, an Italian mathematician in my mid-30s, starting a research position in September. I'm ideally looking for an en-suite double in a modern, well-kept flat, sharing with no more than two others.

About me: friendly, tidy, and in the office most days, with regular work travel thrown in. I'm not after a silent house share. I like actually knowing my flatmates, chatting in the kitchen, grabbing a pint, and saying hello and goodbye. It would be great do be able to cook together, or at least share a meal, from time to time! I am not looking for a party house.

Outside work you'll find me at the gym, cooking (I share), out hiking, or knitting on the sofa depending on the season.

One thing worth knowing upfront: my husband is an academic based abroad and visits every few months. Happy to discuss what that looks like.

On budget I'm flexible, depending on what's included and travel costs. My main priority is keeping the commute to UCL's main campus reasonable, so anywhere with a good direct link works well.

Ideally moving in from late August. I can provide references from my current landlord and employer.
