Professional technician and plumber seeking 2 bed

Hi, I’m a full time professional looking for a clean, well maintained studio or 2 bedroom flat to rent in Derby for when I’m there for work as I live in Worksop with partner. Ideally, I’m looking in the Alvaston area or anywhere close to the industrial estates with good transport links. A property with a small garden or close to a park would be a big bonus.

I’m employed full time and am responsible, respectful, tidy, and a non smoker. I always pay my rent on time and take great pride in looking after any property I live in as if it were my own.

I’m also a technician , so if minor repairs or maintenance are ever needed, I’m happy to help where appropriate. I genuinely appreciate a well maintained home and will always do my part to keep it in excellent condition.

I’m looking for a landlord who values reliable, trustworthy tenants and wants someone who will care for their property with respect and attention.
