Imperial Postgrad seeking Studio / Room

Hi everyone!

My name is Anas (22). I am moving from Germany to London this autumn to study an MSc in Business Analytics and AI at Imperial College Business School.

I am looking for a private studio, an en-suite room, or a double room in a small, quiet flatshare (max 2-3 other people) for the full 2026/27 academic year.

What I am looking for:

- Move-in Date: Around August 24th.

- Budget: Up to £1,300 per month (ideally with bills included).

- Locations: West/Central London, ideally Zone 1 or 2 (Hammersmith, Barons Court, West Kensington, Fulham, or Earl's Court).

A bit about me:
I am a very clean, organized, and easygoing guy. During the week, I will be heavily focused on my master’s coursework. When I am not studying or working, I spend a lot of time on sports (currently prepping for a half-marathon) or going out with friends .

I don't smoke, don't have pets, and treat my living space as a calm place to recharge. I’d love to live with like-minded, tidy people.
