Tidy PhD student seeking double room in Portswood

Hi, I'm 25 and doing a PhD, moving to Southampton around 19th September. I'm tidy (especially in shared areas), easygoing, and a non-smoker with no pets.

I'm looking for a double room in Portswood, budget up to £650. A bathroom that isn't shared between too many people is important to me, as is living with equally tidy housemates.

I'd love a house where people actually hang out and do things together now and then, not just passing housemates. Non-smokers preferred, or at the very least no smoking indoors.

One thing: my girlfriend visits from time to time and occasionally stays for a week or more, so I want to be upfront about that with any potential housemates.
