Uni Student Looking for Flat Share

Generally, I spend most of my time during weekdays at university, where I also work part time. During weekends, I like to stay in where possible, and occasionally go to events or visit friends and family. I'm mostly reserved and like my privacy, but I also do enjoy socialising when my battery allows for it 🔋. Generally easy-going: my core principle is to try not to make anyone's life more difficult than it already is 🫠

• 2nd year Chemical Engineer undergraduate student
• in my spare time, I enjoy drawing ✏️, graphic design, arts and crafts ✂️, music 🎹, crocheting 🧶, taking walks 👣, and going to the cinema with friends 🍿
• experience living in student accommodation mixed flat share for 2 years, so familiar with common etiquette and expectations
• not religious (though not apposed; only mentioned if it gives you assurance)
• I love cats 😺

👀Expectations:
• Respecting privacy and personal space
• Considerate flatmates (noise, upkeep and hygiene of shared facilities)
• Reasonable maintenance job timelines
• No curfew
• Guests infrequent 👥, though don't mind if considerate and minimising noise
• I like my quiet time 😌, but don't mind noise. Just as long as it's not obnoxiouy loud

• Keeping noise to a minimum, especially during late and early hours
