Hi! I'm Whitney, a 24-year-old young professional relocating from Cornwall to Oxford to begin a new trainee position in the city centre this September.

I'm looking for a clean, friendly, and professional house share with an **en-suite room**, as having my own bathroom is one of my main priorities. My budget aligns with similar professional house shares, it is reflected to include the price of all bills and utilities included. I'm hoping to find somewhere calm and welcoming to call home while settling into a new city.

* Working office hours (Monday to Friday, 9–5).

My contract for new job was signed today so I'm looking to move in around **1st September**. I will also need parking for my car, so off-street parking or nearby permit parking would be a bonus.
