Hi, I'm Ben. I'm 18 and looking for a clean, relaxed house share around North Somerset or Weston. I'm pretty quiet, clean, and easy to get along with. I'll always respect your space, but I'm always up for a friendly chat too.

I am currently working with North Somerset Council's housing team to find a place. They are fully backing me through their deposit and rent-in-advance scheme, so they will pay my deposit and first month's rent directly to you to secure the room.

My maximum rent budget is £450.
I am in the process of setting up my ongoing monthly income, and the council will cover my rent directly once it is set up.
