We’re a quiet, respectful couple looking for a 1-bedroom flat, apartment, or small house to rent. We’re not looking for a house share and would love somewhere we can have as our own home.

A little about us:

* Friendly, clean, and responsible tenants.
* Non-smokers.
* Looking for a long-term place to settle.
* Happy to provide references and a UK guarantor if required.

Our preferences:

* 1-bedroom property (no shared accommodation).
* Budget: up to £700 per month (ideally with some bills included, but we’ll consider all options).
* Preferred areas: Huddersfield, Halifax, Brighouse, Cleckheaton, Bradford, or nearby.
* Move-in: As soon as possible or within the next few weeks.
