In need of a room / house share

I'm an employed building surveyor, I work 40hrs a week, sometimes from home but a lot of the time I'm out on site. I also work 2 Saturdays a month on other jobs. I'm clean, quiet and keep mostly to myself. I have a 5yr old staffy called Kaya who's incredibly well behaved. I have a car and a campervan which I fix and maintain myself so I can be quite handy, also a driveway or at least a level street would be a bonus. I spend most weekends out surfing or riding my motorbike (it's kept at my mum's garage so that isn't an issue) and whenever I'm occupied I drop Kaya to my mum's house so she wouldn't be left at home often. I cook a lot so have a fair amount of pots and pans etc, I'm always happy to share meals. I love gardening and growing chillies so a garden would be great. I'm currently in a 3 bed place shared with a friend but I cannot live with his mess or his lifestyle, I'm constantly on the go working or fixing cars or spending time on my hobbies and it is driving me around the bend.
