My name is Joy. I’m an international postgraduate student finishing my Master’s in Pharmaceutical Science at the University of Surrey. My studies conclude this September, and as my university accommodation contract is ending, I am looking for a new place to call home from 1st September as I transition into my post-study/professional life.

I am a very clean, easy-going, and responsible person. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. As I transition out of university, I am looking for a quiet, peaceful, and settled household.

What I am looking for:
Live-in Landlord Preferred: I am specifically looking to rent a room from a live-in landlord. I appreciate the quiet, stable, and respectful atmosphere of an owner-occupied home, and I will treat your property with the utmost care and respect.

Single room.

Strict Cleanliness: Keeping a clean and hygienic home is essential to me. I always clean up after myself immediately and am very proactive about keeping shared spaces (like the kitchen and bathroom) spotless.

Quiet & Respectful Atmosphere: I am looking for gentle, friendly, and respectful housemates who appreciate a peaceful and tidy home.

Move-in Date: 1st September

Budget: £600PCM (ideally including bills)

Location: Guildford or nearby areas. I am looking for a location with easy public transport links for commuting and local shops/supermarkets within easy walking distance.
