Aussie guy looking for a room!

Gday Gday, the names Adam, I’m 29yo and just moved over from Perth Australia and hoping to base myself in Edinburgh. Looking for my own space or flat share with 1-3 other people (preferably no more than 3).

My budgets around £500 - £700 pcm (including all bills + council tax). I’m happy for anywhere not too far out of the main city centre but also very happy for other areas aslong as it’s not too far to trek to the city centre with easy access to public transport.

I’m looking to move in hopefully by late July or the start of August. I’m currently up in Inverness visiting family but can come down anytime to meet or have an inspection. I am currently unemployed as I’ve just moved over - but I definitely plan to get a job; just made sense to find a place to stay first!

I’m a pretty chilled, layed back, but upbeat/funny dude who’s always down for a chat and will try give ya a giggle or two along the way (without being annoying). Always respectful & kind to anyone and everyone, and I take pride in being very clean & hygienic especially when living with others (hopefully you are too!)
