Professional looking for room around M50 3UB

I am a 24 (25 in August) year old male who is quiet, laid-back and keen on cleanliness. I have been living in the UK for the past 5 years, in both student and private accommodations from which landlords and flatmates have always had a positive experience with me.

I have been raised in a household with high standards when it comes to keeping things tidy around. I always clean up after myself, I do my dishes straight after cooking and I am respectful of communal spaces.

I will start working full-time at Computacenter as a Project Manager as part of their Graduate Programme. I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, playing games, talking with my friends, reading and editing videos from time to time. I do not smoke, I don't really drink, I don't throw parties and I am not looking towards getting a pet. I can provide references and my employment offer when requested.

I am looking for a place that's close to work and where I can truly relax in a harmonious environment with people who are easy-going. I enjoy socialising with those around me but I like keeping to myself when need be. I hope this sounds like someone you could get along with.
