Professional looking for buddy-up in Media City

I am looking to buddy-up for a flat in MediaCity. The rent would be 700 and bills an additional 200-250 (as stated by the landlord). Please ask for link to the flat as I can't post it in the description.

I am looking for another professional who is clean and tidy. I am not a stickler by far but I expect you to be respectful of the communal spaces.

A little bit about me:
I am a 24 (25 in a few weeks) year old male who is quiet, laid-back and keen on cleanliness. I have been living in the UK for the past 6 years, in both student and private accommodations from which landlords and flatmates have always had a positive experience with me.

I have been raised in a household with high standards when it comes to keeping things tidy around. I always clean up after myself, I do my dishes straight after cooking and I am respectful of communal spaces.

I will start working full-time at Computacenter as a Project Manager as part of their Graduate Programme. I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, playing games, talking with my friends, reading and editing videos from time to time. I do not smoke, I don't really drink, I don't throw parties and I am not looking towards getting a pet.

I am looking for a place that's close to work and where I can truly relax in a harmonious environment with someone who is easy-going. I enjoy socialising with those around me but I like keeping to myself when need be.
