Looking for 5 Bedroom house in SW London

We’re a group of five young professionals aged 21–22 looking for a five-bedroom house to rent together in South West London. Our preferred areas are Clapham, Balham, Tooting, Wimbledon, Colliers Wood and surrounding areas.

Our maximum budget is £4,250 pcm in total, depending on the property and location.

We all work full-time in London and are friendly, respectful and reliable tenants. We’re a close group who enjoy spending time together, whether that’s dinners, brunches or the occasional pub trip, but we’re not a party house. We’re looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home where we can settle in together for the long term.

We have stable incomes, can provide references if required, and would love to find somewhere that feels like home.
