Tidy professional | Office 3 days | Easy-going

Hi! I'm Kapil, a 24 year old communications professional working in fintech PR based near Old Street. I work in the office three days a week and from home the other two.

I'm easy-going, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. During the week I'm usually at work, the gym, or being let down by my chosen sports team, so home is somewhere I like to relax and recharge! I'm sociable and always happy to have a chat over dinner or a drink, but I also appreciate everyone's own space and routine.

Outside of work I enjoy history, travelling, photography, cooking, rugby and exploring London. I'm a non-smoker and I sometimes like a pint, and I'm good at keeping communal areas clean and doing my bit around the flat.

Ideally I'm looking for a friendly, well-kept home with other professionals who are considerate and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. I'd be looking to move in from mid to late August, and I'm happy to arrange viewings or a chat if you think I'd be a good fit.

One thing to mention is that from September I'll have my cat staying with me for a short period while my parents are overseas. She's very friendly, loves meeting new people, is exceptionally well-behaved, and is fully house-trained!
