Looking for a room in a flat.

I am a 44-year-old research student from Sweden who is new to Edinburgh, and am looking for a room in a shared flat, preferably with 1–3 other flatmates.

It would be lovely to have an en-suite or a spare bathroom for me, but that's a bonus. I know it's not common to find.

I don't mind pets at all.

I do not smoke.

I'm a vegetarian, but not at all particular about that. And, to be honest, I spend as little time as possible cooking.

I am easygoing and good at socialising, but I also need regular time to introvert. All in all, I think I'm a pretty independent, kind, and tidy flatmate.

I enjoy exercise (running and swimming especially), music (singing and playing guitar), and good conversations. I will focus on my studies this coming year, though, so I won't have time for much fun! But on the other hand—doing research IS fun! :)
