Looking for a Room to Rent in Durham

Hi!
I am starting my postgraduate studies at Durham Law School in the September 2026 intake, and I am looking for a room to rent with a budget ceiling of £600.

A little about me - I am 30 years old, hence, a mature student, and I would love to share my living space with like-minded people, whether students or professionals. I like to keep my space clean and tidy, but not in an obsessive way, of course. I also have ample experience living in a flat-share, so I know when to compromise and how to share the living space with other people.

My preference is to have an en-suite, but I understand it'd be quite difficult to get it within my budget, so I am okay with sharing the bathroom as well.

Properties with a DH1 postcode are preferred.
