Room in Guildford

Looking for a room in a shared house in Guildford within walking distance of the train station to commute to my new Engineering grad job that starts in September. I also have a car so would appreciate either offstreet or close onstreet parking.

I'm pretty easy-going and clean/tidy, enjoy socialising with others and occasional pub trips or nights out.
Would also like a gym buddy a couple times a week if that's your kind of thing but no worries if not!
