Looking for a room in a peaceful area

Hi! I'm looking for a room in september (flexible start) in a calm flat & peaceful area..

I'm a full-time barista & also study part-time. I'm very tidy & respectful of shared spaces, but also relaxed and understand that life gets in the way sometimes. Would love to create a friendly space where we can hang out but also really value my alone time.

I study maths & stats and my hobbies include music, gigs, coffee, reading, being outdoors. Lmk if you think we'd get on & we could grab a coffee :)
