Mature Fashion Design Student Looking for room

I am looking for an unfurnished room in Brighton from Mid September. I am a 32 year old mature student returning to studying after 10+ years of working in the fashion industry. I have been living in the Netherlands for the last 2 years for work, and before that I lived in London for 12 years. I love Brighton and can't wait to live there, the creative buzz of the city, the music scene and the beaches are a huge draw for me. I have had 10+ years of experience living with housemates, and consider myself respectful, clean and above all freindly. Some of the people I have lived with over the years have become my best friends, so I think it's nice to have a good relationship with the people you live with. I will be out of the house 5 days a week studying, but when I am home, I have the same hobbies as a grandma, so relaxing for me looks like knitting, crocheting and reading, but I also love to share a bottle of wine and listen to music with potential new housemates.
