Mature Fashion Design Student Looking for room

I am a mature student returning to studing after 10+ years of working the fahsion industry. I have been living in the Netherlands for the last 2 years for work, and before that i lived in London for 12 years. I love Brighton and cant wait to live there, the creative buzz of the city, the music scene and the beaches are a huge draw for me. I have had 10+ years of experience living with house mates, and consider myself respectful, clean and above all freindly. Some of the people i have lived with over the years have become my best friends, so i think its nice to have a good relationship with the people you live with. I will be out of the house 5 days a week studyin, but when i am home, I have the same hobbys as a grandma, so relaxing for me looks like knitting, crocheting and reading, but i also love to share a bottle of wine and listen to music with potential new house mates.
