Seeking new home in Devon

🌿 Hi, I'm Brighid.

I am a nurse who has lived the wonderful chaos of London life for many years now and I'm feeling the pull towards something a little slower, greener and more connected. My mum lives in South Devon and has become unwell, so I'm making the move to the West Country to be closer to her—and it feels like the perfect time for a fresh chapter.

I'm looking for more than just a room; I'm hoping to find a home and a community. Somewhere where people enjoy sharing the occasional meal or chat over a cup of tea, while also respecting each other's need for peace, quiet and personal space.

I will be working in Plymouth and Torbay and spending a lot of my time around Ashburton so looking for a home close by to all three.

I also share my life with an interesting looking hairless cat named Ratty. He is affectionate, curious, completely house-trained and spends most of her time searching for the warmest spot in the house. He can live with my mum so no worries if there is no room for him.
